Guangxian Yin possesses world-leading core technology in metal mesh transparent conductive films. The enterprise's core technology originates from the research and development team of the Printed Electronics Technology Research Center (Provincial Engineering Center) at the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This team has undertaken significant projects such as the National Nanotechnology Major Project, National Key R&D Programs, and defense projects, as well as achieved major results through collaborations with dozens of leading enterprises. The team has pioneered the development of ultra-high aspect ratio (aspect ratio > 3:1) nanoimprint molds and stretchable metal meshes. They have successfully achieved large-scale fabrication of highly transparent, highly conductive, and highly environmentally stable metal mesh transparent conductive films, overcoming the challenge of curved surface compatibility. This has resolved a common problem in aviation aircraft transparent window stealth shielding and addressed an industry bottleneck. The shielding performance is over a hundred times better than traditional ITO technology and is compatible with the entire visible to infrared spectrum, representing a revolutionary innovative technology that has been included in China's "15th Five-Year Plan" and major aerospace needs. The team has brought this technology to Nantong for achievement transformation, aiming for the domestic substitution of new strategic materials and key equipment such as novel metal mesh transparent conductive films. They are building an industrialization service platform for printed additive manufacturing and industrial applications of advanced flexible intelligent manufacturing. Through synergistic innovation in materials, processes, and equipment, they are transforming technology into world-class innovative products that meet customer requirements.
